I am new to these. I am using them after learning that Caprylic Acid kills Candida Albicans. Candida causes digestive issues and a host of other health issues. After taking one, I had nausea, a headache, muscle aches, and could barely stay awake, the next day! But, after all, I don't believe it was the supplement. I had what they call the Herxheimer reaction aka Candida die off! So, the one cap must have hit my body hard and started going to town on them! I read that you want to take supplements like these with vitamin C, Milk Thistle, and a little thing called Molybdenum, to help your liver detoxify during a Candida removal regimen. Start slow, with just one and then build up to two caps a day. The side effects shouldn't be as bad. The caps are pretty long, but go down smooth. I have always liked the Now brand in supplements. They sell them in health food and vitamin shops, so that tells you they are a good quality supplement!

It's helping my overall feeling good. I haven't been on it very long so I gave the product a 4. I'm staying on it.
