I've tried melatonin in 5 mg and 3 mg tabs. I've broken 3 mg down into quarters. All were too strong. I felt foggy the next day. This liquid melatonin helps me fall asleep without grogginess the next day. It's inexpensive, lasts a long time, and works. I take 5-6 drops half hour to an hour before I go to bed. I'd recommend this to sensitive folks who want a natural sleep aid they can continue to use w/o side effects.

This liquid melatonin really works for me. I had tried the melatonin pills, but they only worked if I remembered to take them an hour or so before I wanted to go to bed. I can take the liquid 15 or 20 minutes before bedtime, and I drift off quickly when I go to bed. With the eye dropper, it is easy to get the right dosage.

this is the only melatonin i use - best product for the money - hold under tongue for 30 seconds or more and usually makes me sleepy in about 30 minutes. i use 3 full droppers to equal almost 10 mg. some products are 10 mg per dropper so 3 of these are less than 1 of theirs.

Good to have on hand. It is delicious by the way. Just a 1/2 dropper or full dropper maybe an hour before bed to aid sleep.

This helps me get an extra 2 hours of sleep if I wake up in the early hours and I take one dropper full under my tongue for a minute or more. It is the only melatonin product that works just right for me.

Liquid Melatonin 3mg for my husband who's a truckie & sometimes troubles to sleep before a long day on the roads , this helps give him a boost occasionally if he needs it.

This is the only product that I buy for my daughter for her trouble sleeping. Works within 30 min and sleeps like a rock and wakes refreshed. I recommend this to everyone.

Can't be without one of these

The melatonin works quickly ( about 1/2 hour) and allows a full 7 hours of restful sleep. I wake up alert in the morning. It is not habit forming. Follow your doctors dosing advice.
