What a great product!
I purchased this product to help readjust my hormones never realizing how well it works to improve circulation and skin tone. I rarely wear makeup anymore and I feel terrific. I can't imagine being without this and I'll definitely buy it again and again!

Great for TOM (time of month)
This super primrose oil is particularly good for TOM, helps with mood, cramps, and water gain. I take it a day or two before and during TOM and it really makes things a lot easier. you could take it daily, but i use a basic primrose oil on a daily basis. This is good stuff!

Super primrose
i actually bought Super primrose because they were recommended for hair,i can't say it has made a difference but i haven't seen any noticeable changes but my skin seems a little better,i have it with omega 3,thanks swansonvitamins
