Best dried Ube I've found.
Good stuff! A full pound of freeze dried powder to add to soups, breads, tortillas. The color stays super vibrant. Totally recommend.

Ube powder for iced lattes
I have used this powder to mix into iced lattes. The taste is comparable to other lattes I have tried, although I believe that the suggested serving size tastes too powdery. I thought that the price was a bit high for the amount but since it is my first time trying Ube powder at home, the price could be on point with other brands. The color is accurate as depicted, very vibrant purple.

Good and purple
It's good stuff, super purple. We made some crazy pinwheel breads with it and they were pretty. Fun in a smoothie too.
