The first time I tried these caffeine pills I don't know that I noticed much difference? And then I broke my ankle (which means I spent 8 weeks flat on my back with my ankle higher than my heart 😉), and I decided to stop drinking coffee and evergy drinks to see if I could get away from my high tolerance. I decided I needed some mental energy and to get through Dr visits, so I decided to try these pills again and wow, I LOVE them! Its more of a calmer and cleaner energy that's closer to what you get from green tea and matcha, rather than coffee., which means there are no jitters or crashes. I take 1 for mental energy and 2 for more physical energy. I'll keep them on hand from now on.

This capsules are very easy to swallow and work the way they should. I don't drink coffee but appreciate this caffeine supplement that has the caffeine equal to what you would get in (per the label) to 2 cups/16 ounces of coffee. This is the best caffeine supplement I tried over the past decade that is made in the U.S., packaged in the U.S., and is third-party tested. I compared the prices from iHerb and Amazon to this price and it is the same price on all three as of 7-23-25.

My husband and I enjoy the boost this capsule gives. We do not take everyday BUT whenever we do it helps get things accomplished. House work, yard work (my husband is in construction). It makes the days go by easier rather than sluggish and grumpy. I suggest for anyone interested to read the information, ingredients and instructions before use. I have tried the stackers in the past and they made me feel energetic BUT aggravated so there is a massive difference between the two for me personally.

This product is and excellent option such pre-working, my personal opinion, it need be consumed 1 hour or 30 minutes before the training, the nutricost caffeine means high quality, I recommend this product, and will buy again.

I used this is my pre workout mix that didn't include caffeine. It worked well, but nothing to write home about. Bitter taste if you open the capsule and pour into water.

Be very careful with these. Drinking your caffeine and mainlining it into your bloodstream are two very different things. I was a serial Diet Coke drinker who switched to these for weight loss purposes. I took one a day for a few weeks and got addicted. I had crazy headaches for days whenever I didn't take one. If you can't handle shotgunning a double shot of espresso, leave these pills alone.

They do not work. They do not work in the slightest. These caffeine pills are useless. There is no caffeine in here. I have a mild but present caffeine addiction, if I don't have a bit of caffeine (less than is in these pills) every day I get a headache. On these, I get a headache. Therefore, there is not enough caffeine.

I usually never write reviews but this product called for one. It doesn't get anymore fake than this. I usually will feel hyper after two cups of coffee, this product claims to have the same caffeine content as two cups of coffee. I have had 4 of these pills in the past 20 minutes and do not feel a single thing. This product is 100% FAKE. DO NOT BUY!
