Creatine is basically powder confidence

Michael October 29, 2025

I started taking it and suddenly I'm drinking water like a camel and flexing in mirrors I don't even own. Do I lift heavier now? Yes. Do I feel like I should be grunting dramatically at the gym? Also yes. What it does: • Makes muscles go “oh we're serious now?” • Gives you that slightly fuller look like your biceps upgraded to premium • Forces you to actually hydrate like an adult Side effects: • Peeing every 12 minutes • Googling “is creatine bloating or am I just built now” • Telling people “it's just creatine” when they compliment you 5/5 — cheap, legal, and actually works. Not many things in fitness can say that. 🏋️‍♂️💪

Affordable %26 great quality/taste

CC39 January 13, 2026

A great affordable option. I don't notice any weird taste. I add it my protein shakes daily with protein peanut butter powder creatine and collagen. Works great for energy for me. Really gives me a great boost before work or working out or anything I need to be physical for. Love it! I will keep this in my rotation for sure. Great price for the amount u get. Tub should last me a good amount of time. Highly recommend. Texture is great blends easily into my blender bottle with other powders %26 almond milk. Just try it! It helps with no afternoon crash too.

Support your strength and mu

BigBobFromTaterKnob April 9, 2026

If you are looking for a straightforward, no-nonsense way to support your strength and muscle recovery, **Nutricost Creatine Monohydrate** is a gold-standard choice. While some brands overcomplicate their formulas with unnecessary additives, Nutricost focuses on delivering a pure, high-quality supplement that is as effective as it is affordable. %23%23 Product Highlights * **Pure Micronized Formula:** This powder is micronized, meaning the particles are smaller than standard creatine. This results in much better solubility—it mixes easily into water, juice, or your protein shake without leaving that "gritty" sand-like texture at the bottom of the glass. * **Maximum Versatility:** Being completely **unflavored**, it is a ghost in your drink. You can add it to your morning coffee, a post-workout smoothie, or even just plain water without altering the taste at all. * **Optimal Potency:** Each scoop delivers exactly **5g of Creatine Monohydrate**, which is the clinically recommended daily dose for maintaining muscle saturation and reaping the benefits of increased ATP production. * **Incredible Value:** Nutricost is well-known for its "frugal-friendly" pricing. With 60 servings in this 300g bottle, you are getting a two-month supply of a premium supplement for a fraction of the cost of "boutique" fitness brands. --- %23%23%23 Final Verdict **Nutricost Creatine Monohydrate** proves that you don't need to spend a fortune to get professional-grade results. It is clean, lab-tested, and highly effective for anyone—from serious athletes to those simply looking to maintain muscle mass as they age. > **Simple Tip:** To get the most out of your creatine, consistency is key. Take one 5g scoop every day (even on rest days) to keep your muscle stores saturated and support your overall physical performance.

Yummy and works well.

Nathaniel March 27, 2026

This creatine tastes really good. Kind of blue raspberry kind of cotton candy-ish. Its not too sweet and has just a little tart to it. Works well and noticed a difference in lifts and muscle mass after taking it. Knocked 1 star only because it if you leave it sitting for a couple minutes the creatine will settle at the bottom but thats pretty typical of cheaper creatine. Would recommend.

Decent Gains But Gritty Mix

Jacob March 2, 2026

I bought this mainly because of the good price and reputation. It does what it's supposed to. I've noticed decent strength gains and better recovery after a few weeks of consistent use. The biggest downside for me is that it doesn't dissolve very well, even in warm water or with a shaker. I always end up with some gritty residue at the bottom. Overall, it's solid value if you don't mind mixing it thoroughly, but I'd give it 3 out of 5 stars because of the solubility issue.

Can this be absorbed into your system?

Richard October 12, 2025

The product does not completely dissolve in pure filtered water. Even after sitting overnight, or even a week and strong shaking, there is still residue in the bottom of the bottle. What is it doing inside your body?

Will be changing brands

Chris December 21, 2025

The thing I don't like about this product is they changed the same 500 g powder and put in a very small, cheap plastic jar. It used to be in a plastic container that had a larger opening at the top and some space without product for the scoop. It's difficult now to get the scoop back in the container as there is no space, so you get powder all over your hands each time you use it. The actual product seems ok. No flavor. Will try a new product next time, mostly because of this frustrating packaging.

Unpleasant, chemical-y taste.

anonymous September 19, 2025

Avoid this one -- it has an unpleasant, chemical-y taste. Get another flavor such as the mandarin orange (which I'vbe tried and tastes so much better).
