USING KERATIN SUPPLEMENT
BE CAUTIOUS WHEN BUYING SUPPLEMENTS. READ ALL INGREDIENTS FOR MANY ARE FORTIFIED WITH OTHER INGREDIENTS THAT CAN INCREASE YOUR DAILY INTAKE OR INTERFERE WITH OTHERS YOU ARE USING. THESE FROM NUTRICOST HAVE NO ADDITIVES. THE REASON I BOUGHT KERATIN IS I HEARD THAT'S WHAT FINGERNAILS ARE MADE OF. I WAS BORN WITH THIN, SLOW GROWING NAILS WHICH BROKE OFF. SO I GOT THE KERATIN, BUT ONE A DAY DIDN'T DO ANYTHING, HOWEVER IT CAUSED MY THINNING EYE LASHES TO GROW BACK! THEN THOUGHT TO TAKE 1 TWICE DAILY. THAT STARTED NAILS TO GROW BUT THEY WERE STILL BRITTLE. I ADDED BIOTIN AND THAT DID IT. NAILS ARE STILL NOT AS HARD AS I'D LIKE BUT THEY ARE GETTING THERE. MARLENE ><>
