Easy and Light! Works!
The melatonin has helped me with getting to sleep. I was recommended to use melatonin and. I wish I had done this a lot sooner. The pills are very easy to swallow. I really don't taste anything at all. I'm typically sleepy about 30 minutes after taking it. Waking up I. The morning is easy as well. No hangover feelings or dragging myself feeling heavy and tired. I would easily recommend these to friends and family.

If you have to buy melatonin at the store every couple weeks like I do. This is well worth your money! I used to pay seven n change for a bottle of 60 pills 12 mg. Now I pay 12 for 250 12mg. Can't beat it.

Effective
My sleep doctor (Pulmonologist) prescribed Melatonin along with other medications %26 medical devices to treat severe sleep disorder. I was taking 10mg but felt that 12mg would be more effective. It is for me. Decent price for good supply.

it doesn't help you get to sleep. it'll give you a few hours of good sleep. i was hoping for more. maybe i need a higher dosage.
