I started the Ashwagandha capsules a week ago. I am a very anxious person and carry a lot of stress daily. I have to say after a week of taking these capsules, I feel great! I’ve notice I haven’t been has anxious lately. I’m sure as the weeks go on I will notice even more improvement!

I was on a hormone patch for 10 years after my hysterectomy, but I wanted off it for health reasons. I found another product to ease my hot flashes (Estroven), but I was still very anxious, and easily agitated, and would cry at the slightest thing. I did a bit of research and decided to try ashwagandha. It took about 10 days or so to really notice a big difference but I feel so much better. My mood is better, and more stable. I don't cry over ridiculous things. I also seem to rest better. I love that this product is organic, and also contains black pepper to help with absorption.

Ashwagandha root is an excellent supplement, its about half an inche in size, its made with vegetable capsules for those of us who are turning towards a vegan lifestyle. Let me just say this is keeping my stress levels real good. My sleep has never been so good I mean when I wake up I am refreshed now before I was so tried even if I got 8 hours of sleep. No matter how long or shorty I sleep I am a well rested happier person. Loving the results!

so far so good. since covid started my anxiety has been thru the roof along with my stress levels.
