I like that it's not a gigantic pill to swallow. I also like, that I can swallow easily with no bad tastes- with a mouthful of whatever liquids. I prefer coffee in the morning, but also know milk or water tastes fine too! Would really recommend you start taking all vitamins, required by your doctor at certain ages; Because I have seen the results. I like these vitamins. I am 73 years old. I already take Vitamin D for my bones. But I feel a multiple vitamin will only give me the vitamins that will to me staying healthy. I have taken the One A Day over 50 will only add to your good health. I strongly recommend them.

After taking these for over a month, it is not making a noticeable difference in my health or engergy. Not much side effects, tho, and easy to swallow. The price is economical and I bought these for the iron they contain, which many once daily vitamins do not include for older people.

Took these for most of my adult life, and they were fine. Now they've shrunk them down to only half the size they used to be, removing 2 important minerals it used to have (chromium and manganese), as well as Vitamin K (important for blood clotting) and reducing the amount of others -- calcium, which is so important to women, is now down to only 10% of your RDA, when it used to be 31%. Meanwhile, they've raised copper from 100% to 150% -- something which is toxic at high levels, something I'd already been diagnosed with in the past -- and the B vitamins have all been increased from 100% to anywhere between 150 - 400%. As soon as I started taking these, I started experiencing horrible diarrhea, incontinence, a chest rash, and a massively swollen leg with blood clots. Nothing else had changed, and when I tried skipping days to see if they were related, I didn't have any diarrhea., which was likely caused by my body excreting the excess, unneeded amounts of those B vitamins, which are readily available in many everyday foods and easily added separately in a cheap supplement if you've been diagnosed as low in one of them, unlike the things they took out. I only hope that the swelling in my leg will go down if I stop taking them altogther, but Idk if that is from the stuff that's up to 4x the RDA or the elements I'm no longer getting, and I can't afford to buy a replacement box of another brand, this was supposed to last me for the next several months. Questions to the company about why they did what they did get only an AI response. This is a company that would rather needlessly waste finite natural resources than hire people to address customer concerns. I strongly advise people to choose another brand and to be aware of the harm that these can now cause.
