This seasoning is delicious and makes great salmon cakes. It's a shame it's not carried in the store because I had to pay more for shipping and handling than I did for the product.

Best salmon patties for the inexperienced cook
This is a simple way to prepare salmon patties for the inexperienced. Three ingredients: salmon (I used canned), this packet, and mayonnaise. It makes five patties that can be fried or broiled. It was foolproof for me.

Love the product hate the shipping cost
I love this seasoning. I wish it was available in the store. Walmart has the best price but you have to buy a thirty five dollars which makes the product not a good buy if you pay for shipping.
