Great addition to Oatmeal
I've been adding it to my oatmeal, only in small amounts. A friend told me you have to be somewhat careful with Selenium not to get too much.

I love Amaranth
I've never tried this product before and I noticed that the date was expired put a marathon flakes you kno i've never tried this product before and I noticed that the date was expired, But it's amaranth flakes my personal opinion is that the Amat but it's amaranth flakes my personal opinion is that the amaranth may lose its nutritional value or some of it anyway during the processing, otherwise it looks like you're pretty consistent product, mine was just expired as all so I got refunded no problem
