Organic black lentils
These are awesome. I mix with quinoa, put on salads cold, throw in soups. They are so versatile, have a better texture than regular lentils that just fall apart so easy when cooked, and a better flavor.

Great if you like Lentils.
Healthier than canned and tastes better too when you soak and cook them yourself. I usually soak overnight and slow cook them in the crockpot, although they actually cook pretty quickly. Season however you prefer.

One cup of lentils for $7
This is a tiny, tiny bag of lentils. I will be returning it and purchasing it somewhere else. If I had realized it was only a cup of lentils for $7.00 I would never have purchased it.

Less than I thought
I should have read how small this bag was. It's my own fault, but had I realized this was only 8oz, I would have gotten it somewhere/anywhere else for less online.
