Great supplement for the price
My wife got this supplement to help support breastfeeding per a lactation consultants recommendation. It didn't increase supply but it did help with hormone health.

Its working!
Since i started taking this (along with a few minutes of light exercise daily) Im sleeping better and have a lot more energy during the day, my mood improved too.

Excellent Product
This is an excellent product! This is the only think in 11 years that has been able to not only regulate my cycle, but also has reduced pre-menstrual mood swings. Would recommend this product to any woman. Great mood stabilizer

Super Product
I've been using Shatavari for years and found that it helps keep my hormones balanced. The biggest change is when I run out. My body really can tell a difference and it's not good. I try to never run out and my endocrinologist agrees it's a good supplement for me.
