I add these to all sorts of things... salads, yogurt, waffle toppings. a great mix of nuts and seeds.

Great value!
This is the best value in quality seeds I've found. I use them to make frozen treats for my chickens (one part sourdough starter, one part seeds, then freeze on a plate and break apart as needed), and they're a huge hit!

Found red beans in it
I am extremely disappointed with this product. I purchased the “Organic Super 5 Seeds Mix” expecting only seeds, but I found red beans mixed in. This is completely unacceptable for a product labeled as a seed mix. I almost broke a tooth biting into one of the beans! This raises serious concerns about quality control and packaging. I will not be buying this brand again and strongly advise others to be cautious when purchasing.

Seeds Everywhere!!!!
I have ordered this item before with no problem. This time, although the plastic packaging seems sturdy, there was a gash in the bag, and seeds were spilled into the delivery box. When I opened the box, seeds went all over my house and into carpet!
