Ease of use with a precision sharp blade
By far the superior product for sharpness of blade %26 ease of use--perfect for Sunomono! Be particularly mindful of how sharp this blade is as it will cut right through you %26 you won't even realize it.

OXO MANDOLIN
I have never used a mandolin before for slicing. I used it to slice onions to make onion soup, and it was absolutely fantastic! Three different thicknesses are great! And it's super easy to clean too.

The hand the hand guard that protects the hand is made of plastic. The grips are very short plastic and don't hold the food that's being sliced. It's so dangerous
