Ease of use with a precision sharp blade
By far the superior product for sharpness of blade %26 ease of use--perfect for Sunomono! Be particularly mindful of how sharp this blade is as it will cut right through you %26 you won't even realize it.

OXO MANDOLIN
I have never used a mandolin before for slicing. I used it to slice onions to make onion soup, and it was absolutely fantastic! Three different thicknesses are great! And it's super easy to clean too.

Love Oxo
We love the oxo brand. This is the mandoline slicer we decided on because of the brand. It glides nicely and peels effortlessly. We mostly use it for onions. Haven't had any issues in the time we've owned it. Recommend for your kitchen!
