Pamela’s Gluten-Free Pancake and Baking Mix, 24 oz Bag

My grandchildren love this, even thought gluten is not an issue for them. It has become an issue for me in my old age. Unfortunately one of things that makes it so good, is another item I've lately become intolerant to is the buttermilk. I can no longer eat dairy.

Pamela's is the gold star winner of gluten free baking products! The pancakes, waffles, and banana bread are wonderful, and taste no different! The bread mix is also terrific, and Pamela's is useful for all gluten free flour needs, though I tend to reserve it for the nicer baked goods items and use less costly 1-to-1 gluten free flour mixes for gravies and coatings, where texture is less important.

I have been making gluten free pancakes for years and will only use Pamela's mix. My daughter who is not gluten free will also only eat this brand of pancake mix. the only issue I have is that they can stick to the pan so I make sure to use an oil spray and that the pan is hot enough when I start cooking.

I love this pancake mix! It's so hard to find GF options that taste like the regular thing. We've been purchasing Pamela's pancake mix for years, and my husband (not GF) actually prefers it over regular wheat flour mixes.

This is my first time using this pancake mix and I love it. This mix doesn't have a funky aftertaste at all and it is healthier than most options. It is a bit expensive but worth the cost when you consider the quality. Will definitely repurchase.
