returned merchandise
I have a previous pair of these for my Play station 4 and am very pleased with those , but these headphones that I received for my X Box kept beeping every minute or two and I was unable to correct the problem. they were comfortable and sounded good though ...

First one i had was good, but ordered one and it arrived broken. If you get one its not bad but shines when it isnt broken out the box

Didn't last long
They sounded pretty decent for the price and battery was actually really good but after an out 2 1/2 months they completely stop working they wouldn't pair to my Xbox when I went to connect to the console they would just shut off didn't make sense to me

Headset not working
It worked for a time but the Microphone was always cutting out or would not pick up my voice. And then in the middle of a game all of the audio cut out. I tried turning the headset off and back on again, I tried restarting my PlayStation, I tried charging the headset, and the re-pairing thing they tell you to do with the usb dongle. Nothing worked.

Pdp=turtle beach=cheap plastic garbage.
Piece of junk cannot sync to the xbox, it disconnected itself and I tried to reconnect it with no luck. The microsoft xbox headset works 100x better. Sounds better and easier to use. Also doesnt require a problematic usb bluetooth adapter to work. This and other turtle beach headsets I have bought dont last any longer than a month or two and they are plastic dust collecting pieces of junk!

Failed
It worked fine for months but I plugged it in last night. Seen the light come on, I went to bed and when I tried to unplug it and turn it on it won't do nothing. It won't light up or even show signs of trying to charge. I tried several different chargers.

prone to self destruction
was trying to adjust volume levels and bumped mode button while mic boom went from active to mute position... headset lost connection and will not reconnect, go figure this happens just a couple weeks after return period passes, and all the forums say pdp says to just return it and replace it.... bought mar 28 died may 3... always my luck
