I put this down with some fertilizer and it worked really well.

took less than two weeks to see growth. i tilled my soil, put down the seed and put black cow and top soil over seeds. came up beautiful!! highly recommend and would buy again.

This Grass Grows great in the South it loves the high heat as long as you keep the seedlings wet until they're fully germinated up and even then I continue to water until the grass is very good and established it loves the heat of North Florida and thrives and grows within 4 to 5 days of me planting it.

Hand applied after core airation watered 20 minutes every day. Never grew

I followed all directions fertilized, spread the seeds kept them moist and watered and I got zero germination, zero grass. I would recommend not buying this or use half a bag and if it doesn't work -Walmart will take it back for refund. Unfortunately, I used the whole bag and since I had nothing to return, their system would not allow to give me a refund.

5 weeks of watering 3 times a day and barely any growth...waste of money and precious water...horrible

I have bought these two times over the years. They rarely grow, take forever to germinate possibly because they are coated. I thought possibly the seeds were old first time i tried them. This time was the same. Not a fan of these at all.
