Philosophy Gym Ankle/Wrist Weights, 2pk 2 lb ea, 4 lb Total

As a boomer, a 2lb weight on each leg is plenty resistance. Just enough to make my leg exercises challenging but still doable. The weights are easy to use and strap on. The only thing you have to be aware of is that the edges of the strap can fray. Strands of plastic start to come off. What I did was get a lighter and just past over the edges as to melt and seal it. BUT DON'T do this where the fabric is. You could easily burn a home in the material and then the sand would start to leak out. But other then that it works great!

These are adjustable and not uncomfortable to wear. They stay put and don't slide around. They're just the right weight (2 lbs) to add to my workouts.

Excellent product and at 2 pounds I can use the on my ankles to help with muscle strengthening and on my wrist to help with cardio and muscle strengthening of arms.

Starting using after a quick delivery. Great quality and easy to put on. Feeling much better after just a few days. I am 68 yr old and getting better muscle tone by using this product. Recommend!

The purple color is great and they fit nicely around my ankles. My only caution would be to not wear these going down stairs. Maybe it was just me, but I feel like the extra weight threw off my balance and I took a tumble down my front stoop! Other than not wearing it while walking on stairs, I think it will work great for toning my arms and legs.

I really like these they are comfortable to wear around. I bought these for my girl but I wind up using them almost everyday!!

I like that these are soft, not bulky and 2 pounds. This is exactly what I was looking for in ankle weights.

I purchased them for my mother's physical therapy but they are a little bit heavier than I expected but I'll use them 😉

This is the second time I've been asked and it's the same answer. They're pretty…the sand inside stayed on one side and couldn't be moved, most uncomfortable. Very loose around my ankles, couldn't be tightened any tighter. I sent them back right away.

I ordered these on 3/9/25 and they have been showing In Teansit since 3/11/25, from Savannah, GA. Today is 3/23/25 and I still dont have the product. What a rip-off! I cant cancel and get a refund because my only option showing is Start A Return. I cant return what I've never received!
