The bands are helping me gain mobility in my right arm. While they are not as long as I expected them to be, they do allow me to do some of my physical therapy excerices at home.

I love these bands they help me with my chair exercising since I'm in a wheelchair and can't get around much. They are different tension for each color. Start off slow and climb the ladder.

I liked the colors and how there are different strengths comes in a cute bag and I am able to work up to the stronger ones!!

i liked these bands have the strength value printed on them

The lighter bands were flimsy, so I'm unsure how long they will last. Two of the heavier bands were mismarked - the medium band was stronger than the so-called heavy band.
