Oh, as soon as I was able to have time to myself I started using it and after just a few minutes of it I felt the difference in my legs muscles!! The muscles you use to lift your leg up lying down side to side!! I've dealt with pain in my pelvic area for so long I never knew that it was so simple as to walking up and down the stairs to strengthen those muscles that has been so weak for so long I didn't know that's what was needed to strengthen them!! Because I live in a one flat apartment and there's no stairs I can walk up and down without anyone around!!

Yesssss! Cute, easy to store. I actually have it stored on top of my weight rack and it looks like it was made to fit there. Sturdy, streamlined storage of the height blocks, and fun colors. Love it!

It is a very good start for beginners. The height is absolute for beginners starting to step exercise . It is durable and easy to adjust the step. It is sturdier and it does not move around . Great for someone starting .

For not a major investment, this Stepper does the job as well as the expensive ones. Sturdy and a fun color!

With the stepper, I can get in my daily steps when I want without worrying about the weather or what I am wearing. I am in a safe and climate controlled environment. When I get tired, I do not have to worry about getting home. Being 77 years old, I need to walk every day, but also safe. Working with the stepper fills these needs. Thank you.

I bought this step for my mother to use for getting into bed after a surgery. She needed a 4-inch step and I selected this because the length made it safer than a step stool. I also liked that it has blocks that fit neatly underneath that will raise the height to 6 inches. This is a sturdy step and doesn't slide around, even on carpet. Great value!

Would be nice if it had an easy way to pick up to move. I use 3 around home. One for exercise, one for door exit and one for stepping off porch. Very useful.

☆very cute☆ but certain there will be a weight threshold at some point. it works for me (130lbs) but if my husband used it frequently he'd probably break it in no time. wish it came with a little more reinforcement, and just one more set of risers. great for the price though!

The rubber feet do not stick out far enough, so it slid around on the hard floor. I had to purchase washers to raise the rubber feet. It now does not move on the floor. Was not happy to have to deal with that. Otherwise, I really like it.

Didn't put my package in the backyard back porch over fence like others that delivered packages does whom ever left it at my front door in the open where anyone could have taken it, after I finish getting my other packages delivered I'm not ordering anything else to come to my house from you all this is the second time this has happened. Thanks but no Thanks!!!!
