If you're going to buy this product, I recommend buying it in-store I would not recommend having it shipped. I ordered this product and when it got to my house, I was outside, waiting on the FedEx man. He personally handed me the box. I got inside open to the box and the controller was wrapped in a black garbage bag that was full of water and the box that had the controller in it that was in the garbage bag was soggy and falling apart and was also full of water. So I will be trying to return this product to the store tomorrow and because our Walmart does not carry this product in store I will be going to GameStop to see if they have this product and buying it there.

This barely made it past the 60-day return window before I got unplayable stick drift/rubber banding on both sticks. Also, the mechanism on one of the paddle buttons was worn down or broken and the button was loose and wiggly. I will not be buying from here again.

The controller stopped working even after fully charged. I got a replacement and it did the exact same thing. I tried to replace again and they sent to the wrong location and blame it on FedEx so I never got anything and didn't try to help at all. Horrible and useless customer service.

Got this for my son for Xmas. He used it one day and it stopped working. Could not charge it. Customer service was not very sympathetic.

This was a great buy. I got this controller as a Christmas gift for my son! He loves Pokémon and this controller looks great. You will not be disappointed!

I bought it in 2024 summer and i didn't use it for 9months then i tried to use it in 2025 spring, but it didn't work. also it was not charged also. I only use it for 10 hour total! i throw away after

i bought 4 controllers, the two that work are great. Two do not hold a charge. Emailed about the broken controllers still havnt gotten a response. If you like to gamble, this might be for you lol

I would like to replace my nintendo switch with the new version, but it hurts me so much to replace this beautiful case that just makes me so happy, I mean look at how perfect it is ♥ ♪(´▽｀) Please make it slightly bigger, so I can get my switch 2 without regrets 😭🙏

Works well, only con is no rumble of any kind. Gyro controlls are responsive and the controller buttons feel good and seem durable.

I use it on the Dock and the Cable is 2 meters!!! Long that's so good my bedroom isn't even Two meters wide so it's perfect for me and my Nintendo Switch that i have bought so it's so perfect for me!!
