Prego Traditional Pasta Sauce, 24 oz Jar

Yummy, yummy, yummy! Prego Traditional Pasta Sauce has such a great flavor. It's a great ready-made sauce and my go-to. It makes those everyday pasta dishes easy to achieve. Of course, it's always nice to have a homemade pasta sauce, but when you don't have time, use Prego. It has a great thickness and the spices and herbs are perfect. In my opinion, Prego is the best pasta sauce in a jar. Can't beat the price either. Happy cooking!

I know that traditionalists are going to crucify me here, but after taste testing multiple types of traditional pasta sauces, this is the best base on the market for the price. I wouldn't eat this out of the jar as it is still a processed style sauce, but as a base for other ingredients, it's my favorite.

"Prego" has to be the best spaghetti sauce around. No matter what you are making if it requires a delicious perfectly balance with seasons then this is what you want.

This is my fav from childhood. Now that I have gastric issues I have to be mindful and drink milk when having this sauce or anything with tomatoes for that matter. Wish they made smaller jars

Prego has a very good flavor and has been a staple for my family for many years. It tastes more like the homemade sauce originally made by my grandmother. It comes in meat flavored or traditional.

Love this sauce for spaghetti and lasagne. I wish it came in a larger container, I have to buy a large and small per recipe ! It is one of my pantry staples. Not too salty. I always have it on hand.

I make my spaghetti sauce from scratch as often as time allows. When I can't prego has my back. Hes never let me down. He's my ride or die! I wouldn't consider using anything else

Whether it's angel hair pasta, goulash with elbow macaroni or lasagna this really is the only sauce I will use. While the hamburger is browning I admit I do sometimes add some oregano and/or garlic powder to add a little zing to the sauce. You may be inclined to add some of your own spices and I don't think it hurts the overall flavor or texture at all. I also like to get some New York Bakery bread sticks to enhance the meal even more. And, (in my own humble opinion) the meal is not complete without an ice cold Dr. Pepper---just sayin'

I'm ethically bound scoring only 4 stars attributing the five star rating being awarded ro my full blooded Italian mother who would simmer her family's spaghetti sauce recipe for more than eight straight hours diligently using her abilities resulting in A blue ribbon worthy spaghetti and tomato aauce that even now is without question awarded the 5 atar rating of excellents .But for guys like me its easy and delivers A respectable 4 star showing. WELL DONE
