Prego Traditional Pasta Sauce, 45 oz Jar

I like a sauce that is smooth, homogeneous and has lots of fresh tasting flavors. I know that I can always trust Prego traditional as a base for my meat sauce for lasagna or spaghetti. I also know that I won't have to worry about biting into a crunchy piece of onion or garlic. I know that if I add a little garlic powder, Italian seasoning, a little Worcestershire sauce, and a tablespoon of sugar, that I can make it taste like my own with a brightness and depth of flavor that I want in my cooking.

PREGO IS MY FAMILY'S FAVORITE PASTA SAUCE. MY PREFERRED CHOICE IS THE 14 OZ JAR BUT IT WAS OUT OF STOCK TODAY. MY SHOPPER OFFERED THIS 45 OZ JAR AND I APPROVED IT. I DID A LITTLE RESEARCH AND LEARNED THAT PASTA SAUCE CAN BE FROZEN IN ICE CUBE TRAYS AND IT WILL LAST FOR A FEW MONTHS. SO NOW INSTEAD OF THROWING AWAY A HALF A JAR OF SAUCE EVERY WEEK, I AM ABLE TO TO HAVE FRESH SAUCE AVAILABLE ANY TIME I NEED IT AND SAVE MONEY TOO.

This is my go to sauce anytime I'm making spaghetti! It's perfect. It taste good, it has the right thickness and it still taste the same after refrigerating. 10/10

Prego is amazing, for those who think it's too salty. secret add 1 to 3 teaspoons of sugar. this will cutdown reducing the acid from the tomatoes 🍅 preventing heartburn. (don't overdo) the sugar. unless you like sweet spaghetti LOL...

it just like the commerial say "its in there" iI can't remember when I made home-made sauce because this is how I would make it. I have tried other brands. i use this for spegetti %26 pizza sauce

I have been using Prego brand for over 30 years. Its the right taste and consistency for the multitude of recipes I use it. I like that it comes in a jar, so its easy to store in a cabinet or pantry closet before opening.

so easy to make spagetti or lasagna. I use this plus diced tomatoes. I usually add seasoning and garlic

I always use this Prego brand and keep it on hand to use for a quick meal
