Very easy to use and understandable directions. Like the fact that this system has three different methods for training, as well as the possibility for correcting undesirable behaviors. I use the "tone" as a call button when out in the field! Durable and holds a charge for a long period.
I bought this as a way to save for a good training device but it has been a whole year since buying this and I love it it's perfect although if I take it off my German shepherd he acts up so I keep it turned off now and have for the last six months he thinks it's on so he does listen but we bought another German shepherd and we are about to buy another I wouldn't buy anything else or recommend anything but this one I love it
This is a great product! It works!
It says you can buy additional collar to pair but company no longer had just the collar to purchase. Have to buy another collar %26 remote. But you can still pair the collar to remote you have other collar paired too. Or if maybe only one dog will be with you and other dog with someone else you can pair 2nd collar with the other remote that came with it. Just have to start pairing process over
it works but you have to crank it up high for big dogs.
loved it up until my dog went into the water with it 1 time, now it no longer works. The paperwork and website says it is water submersible...
Very cheaply made, the very first time we used it in the water the receiver came off the collar! My guess would be that it is made this way to make it easier to just replace the collar but this does no good if the receiver keeps falling off!
The collar quit working after a couple of weeks. Would not charge any more
The collar has already quit working. Sending/ bring it back. Maybe it was just a bad collar. We are going to exchange it
