I've been on the search for something similar to Schiff Melatonin Ultra Sleep Support after it was discontinued. This product has many of the same ingredients and works better for me than most natural sleep supplements. I still encounter the occasional middle-of-the-night insomnia but most nights I sleep through the night and awake rested.

This doesn't work for me. I have tried for a week and only 2/12 to3 hours of sleep then I am wide awake.
