Prenatal Vitamins With Folic Acid | 60 Capsules | by Nature's Truth

I started taking these months ago and when I ran out I tried to reorder but they were out of stock, so I got the same brand just ultra instead but it was too much iron in it and it is constipating, lol. I like these much better because you feel better after taking them and they kick in right away! I feel like they are better quality than just regular vitamins, because most people are vitamin deficient anyways, hence why we have all these "symptoms" our doctors want us to take all these "pills" to feel better when really we probably just need to eat a better diet but our soil is depleted and is saturated with chemicals, so we must get quality vitamins added to our diet.

I'm 67 and my nail became weak and hair lost from medicine I was taken. These seem to work better then the The nails, hair and skin vitamins.

I needed a good vitamin with folate and iron that does not contain and fish or shellfish ingredients and after researching this one fits the bill. It has helped with my needs.

Love these! Yes, they are large but I feel great when I take them. I had to switch from a gummy to these because I was getting sick from my gummy. These are easy to swallow and the iron is helpful for those with low iron during pregnancy like me

A bit more expensive than Walmart's cheaper options, and the ingredients label is almost the same even though it's supposed to be “high potency.” So, consider opting for the $5 bottle.

Didn't care for after taste.
