I have only used the light one. i was happy with the material. The price was right too. i wish there were more arm exercises included in the brochure.

Loop Bands
Nice packaging. The bands are very thin, I don't know how long they will last before tearing. I wish there was a longer one included. I'm not very experienced in using bands so they will probably work fine for me.
