The ProSource Pilates Resistance Ring is a must have for your core! It's very durable, easy to use, and made very good! It's the perfect size, not too big and not too small. It doesn't slip and there's so many different ways to use it! I love the way it makes my arms and core feel sore from working out. I love the feeling a lot. I highly recommend, thank you!

Sturdy and fun to use.

Great for strengthening arms and legs. Works different muscle groups than just lifting weights. Versatile. Can use it to build strength watching tv, even using the computer, sitting at a table working, lying on the floor, talking on the phone... No latex, as that would have been a deal breaker.

I really enjoy using this ring, there are a number of different ways it can be used for toning or assuring correct positions for exercise, it is not so much for strenuous exercise as it is for more subtle, focused exercises. I would recommend this to friends.

I chose to review this ProSource pilates resistance ring as part of the Spark Reviewer program. I am slowly getting back into working out, and yoga and pilates are a few activities I am trying out. I received the 14" resistance ring with dual grip handles in the blue color. It's a nice weight ring, and I feel that it really adds to my pilates workouts. It's lightweight, but I definitely feel it in my arms after a workout (a good feeling though!) I highly recommend this resistance ring for beginners and probably anyone interested in pilates!

Love this. Ordered to replace old one. Wouldn't be without it. It provides numerous resistance exercises that you can do. And it works great. Glad Walmart carries them.

I was a nice color and was what I was looking for. It had great grip and good resistance. Perfect addition for your exercise equipment for your workout routine or sessions.

I have started taking some pilates classes and my trainer told me about this item for exercise my body at home. This ring is ligthweight and it provides numerous resistance exercises that you can do by your own. I have used this product for just two days but it looks to be long time resistant and the grip material helps beginners to performance excersises for toning muscles. I do recommed it!
