ProsourceFit Wooden Balance Board Core Non-Slip Wobble Trainer

This wooden balance board is nicer than I expected, it's well made. It comes with an instruction manual & exercise guide. The pictures are full color of people actually doing the exercises. The balance board is a thick wood and the top has raised grip paper so you can get a grip with your shoes. This is not easy,I find it very hard to keep my balance but you do feel your muscles working while your trying to balance yourself. This is not recommended for children. Also this has a limited lifetime warranty.

I use it while getting ready for work, like bridging my teeth and such. It's getting easier by the day.

this is a necessary daily activity as we age. It's also fun! I started in a door frame so I had something to hold onto if necessary. This board is very well made, and I liked that very little of it is plastic.

I received the wood balance board and was impressed with the way it was made. The thickness of the wood makes it very sturdy. It has a neat blue non-slip design on the top of the board. The plastic bottom is sturdy and is attached to the wood very well with eights screws. The balancing board is great exercise for your legs and you don't have to worry about slipping off of the board.

We are a family of fitness junkies so we were super excited to try out the ProsourceFit Wooden Balance Board Core Non-Slip Wobble Trainer. We have another balance trainer that is more of a rectangle with a cylinder under it so we wanted to try a different one. The ProsourceFit Wooden Balance Board Core Non-Slip Wobble Trainer is great for working on overall body strength and balance. The 360 degree rotation provides an awesome workout as well as challenge. The accompanying manual is great for ideas on how to use the board as well - push ups, mountain climbers, squats, etc. have all been tried by all four members of our family as we look to continue to up our fitness game. I personally love the non slip surface that adds a bit of stability. The board itself has a 15.75 inch diameter so this apparatus does not consume too much space. Lastly, the board is extremely affordable which makes it a great option for anyone. Great buy!

This wooden balance board is sturdy and has a non slip surface which makes it easier to use. I recently started taking yoga classes and this board is helping me to increase my balance which is needed for yoga. It includes a pamphlet with suggested exercises. The exercises are too difficult for me right now as I am barely able to balance while standing on both feet on the board. I am noticing positive changes in my balance though.

I bought this to continue physical therapy exercises at home. I don't even stand in it just move my foot side to side. The purple triangles are coming unglued!
