ProsourceFit Wooden Rocker Balance Board is exactly what I was looking for. I work from home and have been diligent in creating a standing desk option. Once standing for awhile, I noticed I was leaning or resting my body on one hip. A friend of mine told me about options to keep your feet active while standing and working. I had the option to try this wooden rocker and took it. When I took it out of the package, I was happily surprised to see that it is made of wood and strong enough to last. The bottom has pads in the right spots so as to not damage your floors when rocking. The top has a black grip layer, similar to what you would find to put on stairs to prevent slipping. The overall design is simple and a bit earthy-looking in the vain of cork yoga bricks and cotton yoga straps. As for using the wooden rocker, I'm hooked. Standing on the balance board while working has been so nice. My body fatigues less and I feel more active. Even when I'm having a sit down work day, I discovered that I love having it under my feet for a point-up and point-down motion. It's also a great stretch for my ankles when my feet and legs feel cramped up after long treadmill walks. This is exactly what I needed to finish up my work space. I recommend it to anyone trying to be more active in subtle ways in their day-to-day life.

Wow! What a great addition to my at home workout equipment. Love how this adds to my core workout! I can really tell a difference while using this board! I also love the size. If you have a small space this is for you! It can easily slide under the couch for easy storage. But the best thing is how solid it is. It can easily hold a heavy person with no problem. It also has very nice grip so you don't feel like it's going to slip, even on hardwood floor.
