my husband's doctor recommended some pills for his prostate. of course it was a prescription medication that had all kinds of side effects. after taking these for 30 days he did not need the other medication anymore and everything has been back to normal. he has been taking them regularly ever since. compared to all the other vitamins out there these are the smallest you only take two a day you don't have to take up to three or four that are big huge horse capsules. these are not big huge horse capsules they are small. I feel like a lot of people on these reviews that supposedly tried them and did not like them or did not notice a difference they did not try them long enough. we've now been using them for about 4 months maybe longer and like I said anytime he runs out I have to find these again because the other ones are just not that great. if he does have to use some other ones when they're out of these he gets the force factor and he only takes one in the morning and one in the afternoon. because those are big but they work.

These really work. My husband was a bit skeptical at first, but after reading all of the reviews decide to give them a try. Of all of the products that he has tried (believe me there have been quite a few) he says that these are by far the best. He is having fewer trips to the bathroom over night - which is allowing him to get a better nights rest. We will be ordering these again!

I didn't notice any change at all, I did only use one bottle but nothing.

Minimally effective, for me, I'm 85.

another supplement that promises but does not deliver. gave 2 stars because taking these gave some mental HOPE.
