This is a natural product that works for me. No cramping or stomach noises. I have used this product for over a year as needed.

This is the same quality and kind as the 60 count but a better deal. I usually take two capsules every other day. If I don't eat a lot of dairy or other foods that cause bloating, I can get by with one. I think it depends on how much you weigh, but it doesn't say that on the bottle. I've experience a sharp pain at times, but usually there is no pain involved. I take it at night with food, just because it is easier to get them down. When you get up the next day, start drinking a nondairy beverages. I drink a 16 oz. caffeinated sugar-free energy drink. The Prunelax pills are brown in color and are a smooth dry fiber texture, no plastic or smooth candy coating. It does have a prune taste and I like prunes, but for some reason they don't taste good in the pill form. But it's only a few seconds of unpleasantness. There are no calories.

I didn't realize that it was the pills instead of the coated I can't take these they're too big and so I need to return them
