I like the convenience of having pills to carry with me in stead of the liquid for when I am out to eat it traveling...don't like the dose of 3 pills / dose
Easy to take. Serves the purpose well.
I haven't used it for long yet but seems great. I like the limited packaging and veg caps (no gelatin), but taking 6 per day I don't like. I wish mor companies would create a fewer dose option.
Only a slight aftertaste very easy to deal
like this pill better than mixing psyllium in with water.
Digestive issues? These may help with moving things along. It is strongly suggested to drink a large amount of water. The crushed fiber in the capsule expands.
i didnt like that they wnat you to take 3 caps and i was not a fan of the small size of the bottle if they reqire so many a day
