I've been buying CCnature stevia extract for a while now. I like that it is pure stevia leaf extract without any erythritol, aspartame, sucralose, or other additives. I mainly use it to sweeten my oatmeal, and add it to my water to cut the tartness of the True Lemon packet that I also add to my water.
As it says on the label, this stevia extract is highly concentrated, so a little goes a long way. A pinch of this stevia sweetens a whole pot of oatmeal, and a sprinkle of it is all that I need to sweeten my flavored water. Be aware of this when following recipes that call for a particular measurement of sugar, as the measurements of both are not the same.
This stevia extract dissolves quickly in cold drinks, unlike some others I have tried in the past which formed clumps . It also doesn't have a bitter aftertaste like some of the other stevia sweeteners I've tried.
The powder is very fine, which is what aids in it dissolving quickly, but is also what causes it to create a plume of stevia particles when you open and agitate the bag. I would recommend transferring the stevia from the bag into a solid container, so that this won't be an issue. I typically empty the bag into a glass container, tape a desiccant pack to the underside of the lid to absorb any moisture, and keep a small measuring spoon inside the container for when I need to scoop.
CCnature is a little pricier than some other stevia sweeteners, but I think it's worth it due to the aforementioned reasons. The last 16oz bag I bought had lasted almost a year with daily usage. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone looking to avoid regular sugar and artificial sweeteners.
