When I first put the patch on, I couldn't tell if it was actually getting hot or not. First off, when I put my hand on to check, it definitely was comfortably warm. Secondly, this made my day one and day two horrible cramps actually manageable! Lastly, it say it only lasts up to 6 hours, it was warm so much longer and through the whole night.
I have horrific ovulation pain (like seriously? Its lime double punishment ha!) And cramping. Beung able to have this on even under jeans during the day or at night was immensly useful. It also stayed warm/hot for much longer than it says. I would often wake up in the morning and it still have some heat to it. Surpassed expectations.
I tried the heating patch twice so far and I am surprised how long the heat can last (at least 8hrs). I don't have cramps but I have symptoms like back ache and uncomfortable “cold” feeling below my stomach. The aching reduces after heat therapy and it slowly make my uncomfortable feelinf fade away.
I love these! I wish I could order them in bulk to use every single day, not just in a box of three patches. I have endometriosis and these are the best option I've found for heat therapy that's easy to wear all day and move around in. I use them mainly on my lower back. They get very hot (be sure not to wear directly on your skin, I often put them on the outside of my yoga pants) and the heat really lasts the entire day as advertised. Highly recommended for menstrual cramps or mild-ish endo pain.
I love these heating patches! I have really bad endometriosis and they have really helped me. I like to use them at night so I can have relief while I sleep. My only wish is that they were bigger.
I was surprised about this heating pad. It actually works. Despite the instructions I put it on my skin. That's the only way I can feel it. But it heats up
These pads save my life! It stays warm for way longer than I was expecting and surprisingly gets hot enough to really take the cramps away. I don't use anything else for my period anymore, these are my go-to :)
It was a little bit heavy so it kept pulling my shorts down (they weren't on very tight), but I was pleasantly surprised at how hot it got and how long it lasted for! Definitely helped ease my cramps. I've only used it once so far so going to see if it stays on other clothes better. I think this is going to be a lifesaver for when I'm on my period at work or somewhere I can't use a hot water bottle or heating pad.
I recently had an IUD placed, and I get cramps almost everyday as my body is still adjusting to it. I'll admit, this doesn't make the pain go away completely. However, it does help ALOT. I have tried TENS units and OTC pain killers, but this is just so easy and portable, and feels really nice. 5/5 stars!!! I highly recommend you try this for yourself, I will definitely be re-ordering.
The heating pad worked really well, but I wish I could put it directly on my skin because the way my lower back is shaped, 1/3 of the pad doesn't make contact with my body if I put it on over my undies. They should just really be made safe for direct contact. Anyway, using one single pad helped me throughout the first half of day 1 of my period, when cramps are the worst, and for that I'm thankful!
