I keep it on hand now!!!
Follow the directions!!!! Very easy to get creative with the meats and made a great home cooked meal. Any kind of sausage, fresh or frozen shrimp and pour it on any kind of fresh baked or fried fish filet. Just think through when to add meat based on what you are using. Used rice in a 90 second microwave bag and it was great as well. I'm not from Louisiana so don't have any bias or skin in the game. I just know I enjoyed it for something easy to do.

HORRIBLE SMELL. NASTY TASTE
Terrible smell. Horrible taste. Bought two jars. Both were nasty. Would not recommend. I have bought other products of this brand and I have been satisfied. NOT THIS PRODUCT.

The worst etouffee I ever tasted.
Absolutely horrible. Probably the worst tasting etouffee I have ever had. Stop selling this, it is a terrible product.
