This combination of spices %26 final texture are well blended. I lived in the Middle East as a child %26 still eat a lot of the Mediterranean diet from all of the different countries. I truly go thru this mix by containers. Falafel is a snack food, vegan burger, sandwich %26 salad filler, or a side dish. I have to order at least 2 a month.

This was pretty good. Just a little dry to me, but after some research I found that adding shredded a vegetable like zucchini will help retain the moisture. So, I will be trying that on my next batch

I can't find dry falafel mix in any of my rural grocery stores. I used to be able to buy it in bulk at my natural foods co-op when we lived in a city. I like to make falafels with pita, hummus and Greek salad as a quick summer dinner for my vegetarian husband. Plus we have no Greek or middle eastern restaurants in our area, which I miss a lot. My main complaint about this mix is that I want simple printed directions ON THE LABLE. I don't want to use a QR code. Fortunately the directions are in the product listing, so I'll write them on the lid in Sharpie. My other issue is that it seems overpriced for what it is, but all groceries seem over priced since the pandemic and especially now. The taste was what I expected. I fried them using only about a half inch of oil - made them into little patties so they cooked faster and fit in the pita better. They browned very quickly so I am still learning what temp to cook them at. I may also try my air fryer. I will buy this again since it's available for free delivery with Walmart . My husband enjoyed them.

Not my number one choice for falafel mix. It was heavily condimented. I really wanted to like it but it had a lot of cumin for my taste. If you are into it you might like it but cumin is the one spice I dislike so I didn’t love it. Won’t be purchasing again. The consistency was good though. The instructions are nowhere on the container. They have QR Code which never was able to open. Had to find online instructions on my own. I don’t recommend.

No instructions whatsoever. QR CODE DOES NOT WORK.
