Adds a wonderful taste
Try it on or in many foods. I often brush a light coating on various foods especially when grilling. Adds a wonderful taste. I also usually dissolve a small teaspoon full ion many soups and broths. Also mix it in with stir-fry Veg or meat dishes. You will need adjust the amount to your particular taste. Next the seafood ???

Rani Tamarind Paste
I made tamarind chutney from it, and it turned out to be restaurant quality. I used 2 cups of water, one cup brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cumin, 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper and 5 tablespoons of Rani tamarind paste. boil and simmer for 20 minutes and dip samosas in it. Good but odd metallic taste
I ordered the Rani paste after using it for cooking with a friend. The bottle arrived safely and was packaged well. The only thing is that the paste had an odd metallic taste to it.
