I gave this item to my granddaughter as a Christmas gift. She loved the looks of the red panda and the softness of it. She hasn't used it as a heating pad yet, so I can't say for sure how well it performs when used in that way.

Came in a vacuum sealed pouch, fluffed up quickly after removing it. Warms up in the microwave well, seems to retain heat well. Very cute and cozy!

The seeds started coming out of it after about a week of using it every night. It's cute though, but now we have those little seeds on the bed if he uses it for his eyes.
