Refresh Mega 3 is the only eyedrop I can use. Other formulations of Refresh are too thin. Other brands burn my eyes and moisturizing doesn't last through the day. Usually I put these in my eyes twice a day.

I have chronic dry eyes. Using prescription eye drops for years. And having tear ducts closed decades ago. In between times to save money I keep these on hand. They go more layers down into your eye than all other brands on the market. They work very well.

These drops are better to me than any that I've tried. Besides being preservative free … they have flaxseed oil so they are moisturizing and they fee good in the eyes and last longer.

Seem to have much more lasting power than the standard Refresh Plus drops. Seem more slippery, in a good way. They are much more expensive than the Refresh Plus standard drops, but they might be worth it if I am not applying drops as often.

A little more expensive but worth it. The drops are sterile…a most important factor for hemorrhage in eyes

My ophthalmologist recommended me these eye drops. They help a lot , but I still have to do hot compresses, use a humidifier to be ok. My dry eye condition is very severe ; perhaps related to hormonal changes due to premenapause.
