Restored Nintendo Switch Console with Neon Blue & Red Joy-Con (Refurbished)

i was very pleased with my purchase looked like new had all the accessories everything worked perfectly. it came well packed in a regular box. im not picky about branded box im buying for the game play not the box. lol heres a suggestion if you buy for a gift buy a large carrying case everything will fit in and wrap it up dont need a branded box

Refurbished products should be clearly labeled in the title and main description. It did say that it was refurbished, however it was in a secondary link. This type of advertising is disingenuous and should not be allowed by Walmart.ca

For the price I paid, eventhough it was restored, a charger did not come with the Switch. I need one sent to me.

my son tried it and it would not read the games also it is not turning on after day two as we gave it to him as a gift a couple days ago

for starters, i received the order over a week later than the original order delivery date. the company itself would never respond to my emails. when finally received, the charger doesn't work at all. will not connect to tv because of the incorrect plug. all around very bad company to order from. when order was delayed because it never left the shipper for over a week i honestly thought it was a scam.

I got this package and when I opened it the system wasn't even in a Nintendo box! The screen of the system was filthy! And the hdmi cord was missing along with the joy on attachments! Didn't even have my receipt in it like it should have! This is supposed to be a Christmas gift and it's missing stuff!!? After I paid almost 400 darn dollars!? I'm beyond ticked off over this! It really did not even come in a Nintendo box! I'm livid.

I ordered this for my son's birthday. We received it earlier than the original delivery date. The packaging was in great shape. Everything but the actual console looks new. The console is broken, missing parts, screen is in horrible shape. It's packed with dirt and grime. It's set in the blue screen of death and doesn't work! Don't buy! I've requested a refund and am waiting for a response. I'm very disappointed in the condition of this item. I could have gotten a brandnew system for a little bit more money. I chose refurbished as it keeps things out of the landfill and referbished usually means all the issues with the item has been fixed and the product is brought back to new condition. The box was labeled tested and works. But obviously it wasn't and trash was just put in the box. The model number shown in the description is of the newer version. But the model number on the one I got it the older version. Thanks for running my sons birthday. It won't let me add photos for some reason

The item was shipped in time for Christmas the box was beaten up the items inside was not secured. Did not think this was a refurbished or returned console it cost just as much as the new one. After opening Christmas day it worked for 2 day we went out of town came back Jan4 game will not come on will not charge its horrible business I ca not believe Walmart would team up with such a bad seller. I definitely will research more more buying from Walmart online.

- Misleading marketing on the website. This product was marketed as new but it was clearly in open-box condition. It has scratch on the backs of the console and HDMI cord. The box is not original as marketed on the website. - Missing component: this product is missing the joy con holder and instruction manual
