Good and healthy
We're trying to eat healthier. These are a good, filling snack. Although a little expensive, hopefully buying higher quality food will prevent expensive medical care.

Brazil nuts are very good for older men, they are hard to find, but Walmart has them readily available to order.I eat them every day and enjoy the taste and crunchiness.
