Great product. Not gritty and mixes well in any drink. I've used it several times and highly recommend it.

Well.. Pros: Cheap and effective. Cons: When loading for the first week I experienced some stomach/intestine discomfort. After loading phase all is just fine. Thanks, will deff buy again. Edit: After using for 2 months, there most certainly is a gain in water retention and muscle strength. This stuff works!

RSP hit it out of the park with this product. By far the best creatine product I have ever taken. For once it feels like I actually am benefiting from taking creatine. The recovery time from my grueling workouts have been cut in half. My strength has been taken to whole new levels. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to up their workout gains.

Since taking this product I found amazing results in muscle recovery after hard labor at my job and at the gym. It seem to help those micro muscle tears regenerate. Sometimes you can get added weight but it's due to water retention. But as long as it's not fat thats great!!!!!

Mixes easily with no gritty texture and does everything you want creatine to do. Also comes with a scoop which a lot of other creatine makers to not provide.

For the pst months ive been taking creatine and have noticed a big difference. I really enjoy all the products from rsp nutritions line of supplement. I really recomend this product.
