Samsung Chromebook 4, 11.6", 4GB, 64GB HD Laptop Computer, Platinum Titan

I got it for my 5 year old.. even tho he broke it unfortunately, it worked great for him. Easy access. Parental care was excellent. No scratches and faulty issues

Pain in the butt to set up for the kids. I honeatly wasn't sure if it was going to work or not. It was taking forever and kept giving me issues that I have never had with any computer in my life before. Once in finally worked, it's doing what it's meant for for the kiddos and they love it.

I was excited to find this because it was pretty affordable but unfortunately I had to return it because the screen quality was so poor. The screen contrast was washed out and the screen brightness even at high was too dark. Maybe $50 would make this laptop worth it, but not this price. Also, note the size of the screen before buying because it is very small.

I was very disappointed with this product especially from Samsung. The description was completely false the laptop's resolution was very dim and dull there was no hd colour. i was unable to get a appropriate virus protection for it since the system was developed like a smartphone and tablet.

The computer is not worth the price. I tried to hook it up to the internet and it did not want to connect. The display on the screen is very grainy and poor quality.

I tried to set it up…the welcome screen never appeared, couldn't access any way of resetting. I could go in as a guest and I added my Gmail account info, but I didn't feel comfortable after that, so I changed my password after and packed this up and returned it to the store.

Completely quit turning on after a couple weeks of using to do work in college classes. Very disappointed.

EXTREMELY SLOW, had to return this computer. Don't waste your money. You will be so disappointed with this computer.

Biggest waste of money I have spent. Brand doesn't matter when it comes to quality. Probably great for kids. But not good if you're trying to do business.

This Chome item is NOT user friendly. Cant navigate easily and can't be pair with a new printer. wont open downloads,etc. i dont want hrlp with this computerjust want to return.
