I enjoy wearing it beneath my clothing if I want some extra calories burned off. It's important to know how to hand wash the vest when cleaning. This was ordered as a replacement for an unsatisfactory similar item. This new product is very good quality and an excellent product for the purpose for which it was intended. It fits snugly as intended for perfect use and to insure sweating off excess fat.

It is not offered in a size small. It runs big. It advertised size small as available, but when ordering, it is not listed as an option to select. Good quality, nicely made, too bad I couldn't use it. My husband has one and likes the fit and the way it works, which is as described for him.

The fabric is very smooth and is working out well when I am on my daily walk, and the zipper is easy to operate.

Good quality material for working out or staying warm during colder temperatures...Purchased 5 one for each day.

The vest is worth getting. Recommend going down a size if you want it to work effectively. Noticed weight loss within a few days.

Liked the price, fits well, functions as it should. Only issue is the neoprene smell as you're trying to dry it out after a workout. even after a wash/rinse. Needs to be hang dried in a well ventilated, preferably outdoor area as it well make everything in an office or room smell like neoprene.

I used this for a different purpose than intended: swimming in cold water. It's ok in a pinch, but it's not tight enough, so water gets in, and chafes in the armpits over time.

I'm going to have to give this a 3, But I'm not entirely sure where this falls under. (Probably me) based off of the measurements I got the biggest size because based off of the measurements online that's what Should fit me. It was a squeeze to get into this thing in every sense at a xxl (I'm 6'1 260lbs) so after a 3 mile walk with this thing on I go to take it off and noticed that the seems on both sides had split from under the arms about 6-8 inches on both sides. I did however sweat like a sinner in church wearing this thing so I would say it did its job, but I think I'm just too big for its biggest size.

The vest was fine, owned one before. The reason that I only gave 2 stars is that I ordered a large and they pulled a xl for my order. And the new order pick up process is horrible!!!
