Product itself is great, schwinn is a household name when it comes to bikes in the state so I appreciate that it's a higher end bike at a reasonable price. The brake cords run through the bike too so they don't get in the a way and the bike itself works really well!

I'm very please with the bike at this price point. One thing: Please be careful! Several elements, including the line for the front brakes, came "pre-assembled" but were loosely assembled. I put together the bike and the front brake line just fell off. . . fortunately without a rider on the bike. I attached and tightened it, and went back and tightened everything that came pre-assembled.

This bike is very solid and has a lot of features for the price. It took about 45 minutes to assemble, including brake adjustments. My 11-year-old son is a big fan or the color, the 1x8 gear system and the disc brakes. He fits on it quite well and it should suit him for a few years.

Perfect for 10 yr old boy. Arrives assembled. Color is unisex and very nice. Overall great bike . Separately ordered a water bottle holder which screwed on perfectly (Ozark brand Walmart).

Got my 11yr old this bike and he loves it. Did pick up at store and they brought it out and loaded it. Well worth its price for 8 easy to use gears too.

This is a good starter bike for a young rider to use on light to medium trails. The 8 speed drivetrain performs well and shifts easily, the brakes also perform well. We had to tru the disc brake rotors as they were slightly off center and rubbing on the brake pads. Tires are appropriate and large for off road use. My two biggest gripes with this bike is the front fork performs fairly poorly. It is very stiff and with smaller riders is almost non functional. The other issue is the bike is extremely heavy for a bike this size. It weighs in at a hefty 33lbs. That's the weight of my full size adult mountain bike. A better quality 24” kids mountain bike like the Cannondale Trail 24 weighs only 27lbs. Make sure you shop online to get the bike on sale for $250 with free shipping instead of the $300 price tag in store.

We did not receive anything promised from Walmart. We approach this bike. Our order stated clearly that we were to receive a brand new bike and it's original packaging and we paid for expert assembly near one of those things. The bike was a disassemble off shelf, damaged unit and assembly at home service does not exist a company of hitman not like experts to show up and do this work. He had no idea how to make this bike ride because it did not even come with an owners manual when they dropped it off. Walmart customer service unable to make this purchase right so we are returning the bike and probably never buy another bike from Walmart.

I am very disappointed that my order was not delivered on time, and the refund process took more than 10 days. This delay caused inconvenience and frustration. I expected better service and faster resolution.

Item was ordered for store pick-up, then I was told its not actually available and could be delivered. Item was delivered two days later missing important components like pedals and the forks had somehow been completely bent backwards towards the frame. Completely unusable and not repairable without replacing the whole front fork. Returned to local store for refund and WILL NEVER purchase a bicycle from Walmart EVER again!

3rd party seller, was missing multiple parts and peddles. Was delivered in a damaged and taped back together box.
