After the first five days, I thought what have I done? The grass was growing really fast and it is super thick so be sure to spread it sparingly. Turf Builder lives up to the hype.

This seed is great for growing in poor soil to help stop erosion. It sprouts in 5–6 days if watered properly. It grew on 4”of concrete sand followed by fertilizer.

I used this to overseen my centipede hellstrip…..did great! It is so fluffy and full, even neighbors noticed it and commented how lovely!

My lawn was basically dead. The application and instructions were very easy. I saw results within a week.

I spread the grass seeds quite liberally and the next day it rained. The grass is peeping through the soil! I'm pleased.

I just use this for a large part of our lawn about a week ago. The grass is already beginning to grass slowly but surely. Great product.

There is no grass growing, only weeds I excavated, put down fresh topsoil over the grass seed. Two weeks later, with watering and plenty of rain, only weeds are growing. I an see the grass seed just lying there after I covered it with topsoil. Exceedingly disappointed. I now have huge mudpit with weeds growing and seeds just lying there

After three weeks of following the instructions exactly, this product has produced very few blades of grass. I'm wondering if we received an old batch of seeds.

Not a single seed grew in either location. Used existing dirt and potting soil. Plenty of sunlight and water. Nothing.
