Really wanted 1 for DECADES!!! Felt SO vulnerable %26 adding this 2 our home is SO COMFORTING!!! You never know what can happen, I see WAY 2 many times on news %26 crime-shows how doors, windows are entered by criminals- even with deadbolts...this should be MANDATORY in every home!!! EZ 2 use %26 adjustable 2 fit most doors...teach the lil ones how 2 use in case of emergency!! It feels solid- I can't say if it truly works- but states it can withstand 400%23's of resistance, higher than others...Our home feels SOLID now with our security cams, door/window sensors, pew-pew %26 now a DOOR JAM??!!!! YES!!! DON'T HESITATE- GET 1!!!!

my front door swings open to porch. we put it outside to avoid grandson from using it. his mom simply removes it to gain access inside. he's three n does not need to be running neighborhood. we have access through other doors that we can secure from him opening.

The price was right, and the item arrived, and works as specified. I would recommend the snowblower to anybody who needs to shovel snow in the area. That's not very big. I have an area. That's big enough to use and it works fine.

i had this item before for 7 years..i got one for my brother and two for my granddaughter as they was moving into there own place-- i know they are great security bar's...

OK, the folding door brace is the competition to this one, and it has the advantage of fitting anyplace. This one is tougher, easier to just prop in place, and seems to be more sturdy. The plastic parts that hold the other one broke far too soon. The all-metal construction is tougher. The foot of this thing is harder to position properly--it slips more than the other and needs more pressure to set on laminate floor.

Only thing about the product is that it does hold that well like if I kick the door down with enough force I'll be able to get in
